Method

Pour the vegetable oil into a pot and warm it up slightly.

Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and add it to the pot.

After a minute, add the coarsely chopped zucchini and sear on one side until golden.

Cut the potatoes slightly smaller than the zucchini and add them to the pot.

Pour in the cream and add milk so that the liquid just covers the vegetables.

Season with salt and simmer until the potatoes are completely tender.

Blend until smooth.
