First, hard-boil the eggs and pop the processed cheese in the freezer ahead of time—this will make them much easier to grate.

Finely grate the chilled cheese and transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Peel the boiled eggs, grate them finely as well, and add them to the cheese.

Peel the garlic and press it directly into the bowl.
