Mix all the batter ingredients together, set aside 1/4 of the batter, stir in the cocoa powder, and pour the chocolate portion into a piping bag.

Cook the crepes in a skillet while piping zebra stripes with the chocolate batter.

For the sauce, caramelize the sugar in butter, pour in the milk, simmer until the caramel dissolves, add the chocolate and starch, stir until the chocolate melts completely, and let it cool.
