Cover both doughs and let them rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.

Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it proof in a warm place for 30–40 minutes.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50–55 minutes until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

If the tops begin to brown too quickly, loosely cover the cruffins with foil.
