Method

Boil the chicken fillet and chop it up

Dice the cucumber into very small cubes

Chop the onion and pour boiling water over it for about 5 minutes, then drain all the water

Remove the stems from the dill and chop it

Grate the eggs on a coarse grater and the cheese on a fine grater

Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin matchsticks, and fry them in plenty of hot oil until golden brown; you can lightly salt and toss them

Assemble the salad in layers in the following order: chicken fillet, onion, mayonnaise, cucumbers, mayonnaise, eggs, mayonnaise, cheese, mayonnaise

Shape into a small dome, make a slight depression in the cheese layer, and arrange the potatoes along the sides, pressing them in gently
