Method

Heat the milk over medium-high heat. Add the tea bag. As soon as bubbles start to form, turn off the heat.

Let the tea steep for another couple of minutes, then remove the bag.

Turn the heat to medium, add the white chocolate pieces, and stir until completely melted.

Serve warm, garnished with whipped cream, a pinch of cinnamon, or chocolate shavings.
