Method

Heat the milk over medium heat. Add the tea bag. As soon as small bubbles start to form, turn off the heat.

Let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove the tea bag.

Return to medium heat and stir in the finely chopped chocolate. Stir constantly until completely melted.
