Method

Press the viburnum berries to extract about 200ml of juice from 1kg of berries.

Stir the juice together with sugar, adjusting to taste — anywhere from 50 to 100g works well.

Pour in the vodka and mix thoroughly.

Seal tightly and let it infuse for 2 weeks in a warm spot.

Once infused, strain everything through cheesecloth.

Bottle it up and cork it tightly.
