Method
Whisk the egg thoroughly with the milk and a generous pinch of salt. Add the flour and knead into a smooth, firm dough.
Cover it with a towel and let rest for 15–20 minutes.
Grate the Adyghe cheese on a coarse grater or mash it with a fork. Combine the cheese with the cream and add salt to taste.
Roll the dough out thin and cut out circles using a glass. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each circle, fold over, and pinch the edges to seal.
Cook the vareniki in boiling salted water for 4–5 minutes.
