Method

Soak sheet gelatin in any amount of water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess liquid and melt in the microwave.

Add food coloring if needed and the melted gelatin to the condensed milk.

Stir very quickly, transfer to a piping bag, and pour into molds.

Place in the freezer for 15–25 minutes until set.
