Method
Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender.
Boil the turkey breasts in salted water for 20-25 minutes.
Dice the turkey breasts into small cubes.
Dice the peeled potatoes into cubes of the same size.
Pan-fry the potatoes and turkey together until lightly golden and crisp.
This will give the casserole an extra crunch.
Beat the eggs, add the sour cream, pepper or other spices, and mix thoroughly.
Transfer the pan-fried potatoes and turkey into an oven-safe baking dish.
Pour the egg and sour cream mixture over everything and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
As soon as the egg is set and a nice golden crust forms, the casserole is ready.
