Method

Rinse the turkey, place it in the multicooker pot, cover with water, select the Stew program, and set the timer for 5 hours.

After 2 hours, add salt, pepper, onion, and carrot (just halve them).

Once the signal sounds, remove all ingredients from the broth and stir in the crushed garlic cloves. Let it cool down.

Meanwhile, shred the meat, separate it from the bones, and cut into small bite-sized pieces.

Transfer the meat to serving bowls or molds and pour the cooled broth over it. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
