Triple Chocolate Paskha

Method

Melt all three types of chocolate. Combine the sour cream, heavy cream, and sugar, then bring to a boil. Pour the hot mixture evenly over each type of chocolate and stir well.

Whip the butter until fluffy, then beat it together with the pressed quark (tvorog). Divide the mixture into three equal parts. Gently fold a different chocolate mixture into each part of the quark base.

Line a paskha mold with damp cheesecloth. Using a piping bag, fill the mold in layers: white, milk, and dark chocolate. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Unmold the paskha and carefully peel off the cheesecloth.
