Three-Ingredient Lazy Napoleon Cake
A quick and easy homemade cake with the flavor of classic Napoleon, made without the tedious hassle of rolling out dough. An excellent dessert for family tea time or a holiday table.

Method
Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature and divide into 4 pieces. No need to roll it out.
Place on a baking sheet, dock with a fork, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. You can also bake it in an air fryer at 340°F (170°C).
Let the baked layers cool, trim off any uneven edges, and crush the trimmings into crumbs—you'll need them for decoration.
Cut each layer into 3 pieces to get 12 thin layers in total.
Whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then slowly pour in the condensed milk in a thin stream while continuing to whip until fluffy.
Assemble the cake, generously spreading cream between each layer. Coat the top and sides with cream as well.
Sprinkle the cake with the reserved pastry crumbs and optionally decorate to your liking.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
