Method

1

Clean the vegetables and simply wash the mushrooms thoroughly.

2

Set the multicooker to the 'Fry' program. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and let it heat up for a few minutes.

3

While the oil is heating, chop the vegetables and mushrooms: dice the onions finely, slice the carrots into thin rounds, and cut the mushrooms into thick slices.

4

Add the chopped ingredients to the bowl and sauté, stirring occasionally. Once the vegetables are browned, add the pre-rinsed rice, hot water, salt, pepper, spices, and vegetable seasoning to the bowl.

5

Set the 'Rice' program for 20 minutes. Once cooking is complete, mix the rice thoroughly so the mushrooms and vegetables are evenly distributed throughout.

6

Serve the Thai unpolished rice with mushrooms in individual bowls. Garnish with fresh herbs and vegetables.
