Method
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Toss with half of the soy sauce, smoked paprika, and a crack of black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Transfer the meat to a baking dish and roast at 170°C (340°F) for about 20 minutes. This method helps lock in the juices and keeps the pork from drying out.
Dice the bell pepper and pineapple into similar-sized pieces. Sauté the bell pepper in a well-heated skillet, then toss in the pineapple and cook for a few more minutes.
Add the cooked pork to the vegetables. Stir the cornstarch into the remaining soy sauce until smooth, then pour it over the meat. The sauce will thicken quickly and evenly coat all the ingredients.
Combine the teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, finely chopped cilantro, and sesame seeds. Pour this over the pork, toss well, and heat through for another couple of minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
