Teriyaki-Glazed Salmon

Method

In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese with water and whip it well until smooth.

Rinse the salmon fillet, pat it dry, and remove any bones. Scale it, then cut it lengthwise to open it up.

Spread the whipped cheese mixture on one half, smooth it out, and fold the other half of the fillet over to close it.

Brush with teriyaki sauce, transfer to a baking sheet, and bake for about 10–15 minutes at 350°F on the middle rack.

For a nice presentation, slice the pear thinly and arrange it on the plate.

Add the arugula, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt. A squeeze of lemon juice and you're ready to serve.
