Trim the hard stem end off one side of the figs.

Pass the figs and plums through a meat grinder. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Shape the resulting mixture into a log (you can make two by dividing the mixture in half). Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
