Method

1

Chop the nuts and scatter them across the bottom of a jelly mold.

2

Blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and horseradish in a mixer, setting aside 4 tablespoons for the final layer. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe a thin layer over the nuts.

3

Grate the eggs, optionally saving one yolk for decoration. Cover the eggs with a thin layer of cheese. Bread: cut off two slices, trim the crusts, crumble the crumb, and sprinkle as the next layer.

4

Add a layer of fish, followed by a thin layer of cheese and breadcrumbs.

5

Dice the cucumber and add it to the mold, then top with a thin layer of cheese and breadcrumbs.

6

Chop the crab sticks, mix in the krill paste and the reserved cream cheese, combine thoroughly, spread into the mold, and top with breadcrumbs.

7

Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter, invert the cake onto them, and garnish as desired.
