Method

Dissolve the coffee in warm water and let the mixture cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine the coffee mixture, condensed milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, and vanilla. Beat with a mixer until thick, fluffy, and smooth.

Quickly dip the cookies into brewed coffee and arrange them in a single layer in a baking dish.

Cover the cookies with a portion of the coffee cream. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of cream.

For the glaze, heat the cream until it's almost simmering, remove from heat, and pour it over the chocolate. Let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.

Pour the chocolate glaze over the top of the dessert and spread it evenly.

Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours to chill thoroughly and set.

Before serving, you can dust the dessert with cocoa powder, grated chocolate, or garnish with coffee beans.
