Method

1

Wash the potatoes without peeling them and place them into the steamer basket of the multicooker.

2

Pour water into the multicooker bowl and insert the steamer basket into place. Set the program to "Steam".

3

Cook the potatoes for 25 to 40 minutes, depending on the power of your multicooker. Remove the finished potatoes and let them cool.

4

Wash and dry the multicooker bowl thoroughly. Dice the bacon. Grate the hard cheese using a coarse grater. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.

5

Scoop out the center of each potato half to form a well for the filling. Place a little bacon and cheese into each potato half. Crack a quail egg right on top of the bacon and cheese.

6

Season the stuffed potato halves with salt and pepper to taste. Add a small pat of butter to each potato half. Sprinkle the remaining bacon and cheese over the eggs. Arrange the stuffed potatoes directly on the bottom of the multicooker.

7

Set the program to "Bake" for 20 minutes. Rinse the fresh herbs. Finely chop the green onion and cilantro with a sharp knife. 5 minutes before the cooking time is up, sprinkle the stuffed potatoes with the chopped green onions and cilantro.
