Method

Clean the strawberries, soak them in water for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly, changing the water several times.

Blend the strawberries in a food processor until completely smooth, adding 1-2 tablespoons of sugar if needed.

Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat (or parchment paper) and lightly brush it with vegetable oil.

Spread the strawberry puree in a thin, even layer across the mat.

Dry in the oven at 50-60°C (120-140°F) in convection mode with the door slightly ajar for 6-8 hours.

Cut the finished fruit leather into strips.
