Slice the banana and freeze beforehand for at least 4 hours. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.

Add mint to taste if desired. You can also use a couple of drops of essential oil instead. Enjoy the ice cream immediately while soft-serve, or transfer it to molds and freeze for a couple of hours.
