Method
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar, and whisk until pale and fluffy.
Add a pinch of salt and pour in the milk. Mix well.
Pour in the vegetable oil and add the baking powder. Stir to combine.
Gradually add the sifted flour and knead into a soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands. The dough shouldn't be too stiff; it should be tender, almost like slime.
Roll the dough out to an 8 mm thickness and use cookie cutters to cut out the shapes.
Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Sprinkle with sugar on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes. As soon as the edges turn golden, they are ready to come out.
Serve with milk, cocoa, or tea.
