Method

Beat the eggs with sugar for 2-3 minutes

Add the butter and sour cream mixed with baking soda, beat for a couple more seconds until smooth, then gradually incorporate the flour to knead the dough

Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

Then divide the dough into 8 portions and roll each portion into a thin sheet

Roll out directly on parchment paper, transfer to a baking sheet, dock the sheet with a fork, and bake at 200°C (approx. 400°F) for about 5-7 minutes

For the frosting, whip the butter with vanilla until fluffy and pale

Gradually add the condensed milk while continuing to whip

At the end, grate the white chocolate and mix well

9

Assemble by spreading frosting over all the layers, including the very top one, and finish by grating more white chocolate over the surface
