Method

Blend the overripe bananas until smooth and pureed.

Add the cocoa and blend the mixture again.

Spread the mixture evenly onto dehydrator trays.

Top with salted peanuts and gently press them in.

Add a spoonful of sesame seeds on top.

Dry in a dehydrator at 55°C for 12-14 hours.
