Method

Cut the turkey into bite-sized pieces, slice the onion into half-rings, and mince the garlic.

Set the multi-cooker to the 'Sauté' mode for 15 minutes. Add a splash of vegetable oil to the inner pot, and after a couple of minutes, add the turkey. Sear briefly, then toss in the onion and garlic. Sauté for 15 minutes.

Switch to the 'Stew' mode for 1 hour. Stir in the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, two teaspoons of sugar, salt, black pepper, khmeli-suneli, ground coriander, cumin, and paprika. Feel free to adjust the spices to your liking, but salt, sugar, and pepper are a must.

Mix everything thoroughly and let it cook until the program finishes.
