Method

1

Prepare or buy ground meat for the meatballs. Any meat works, so use your preference.

2

Season the ground meat with pepper, add an egg, salt to taste, and shape into small meatballs. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker, optionally dice some onion, heat the oil, and lightly sear the meatballs. Wash, peel, and chop the vegetables.

3

Finely mince the onion and garlic. Cut the potatoes, tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper into medium-sized cubes. First, add the onion and garlic to the meatballs and let them sauté briefly. Then add all the remaining vegetables, pour in boiling water, and season with salt and pepper.

4

Select the 'Soup' mode and cook for 40 minutes. After cooking, let the soup sit and infuse for a bit.
