Method

Thaw the fish if frozen, rinse, clean, and remove the skin and bones.

Mince the mashed potatoes, fish fillet, onion, and garlic through a meat grinder.

Add the egg to the minced mixture and mix with a fork.

Season the mixture with salt, pepper, paprika, and other spices to taste, then mix thoroughly.

Add the chopped herbs, stir, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Set the multicooker to the 'Fry/Baking' mode and pour in oil at a rate of 0.5 tablespoons per patty.

Divide the mixture into 8 portions, shape into patties, and coat them in breadcrumbs.

Place the patties into the multicooker bowl.

Once the patties are golden brown on one side, flip them over and close the lid.

Fry for about 15 minutes on both sides until a crispy golden crust forms.
