Method
Heat up the skillet and add oil.
Cook over high heat, stirring constantly.
Follow the proper sequence when adding ingredients to the pan: start with the shrimp if they are raw, then the vegetables, garlic, tomatoes, noodles, and sauce.
If you are storing cooked noodles, add a bit of oil to prevent them from sticking together; they will keep safely in the fridge for 2-3 days.
If you have sesame oil, add 5 grams during the cooking process to give it an unbeatable aroma.
Boil the noodles 1-2 minutes less than package instructions to avoid overcooking and turning them into mush—aim for al dente so they finish cooking right in the wok.
