Whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and salt, then let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes.
Preheat a greased tin at 200°C for 5 minutes, pour in the batter, and bake for 22–25 minutes.
Cook the chicken wings at 200°C for 22–25 minutes, brush with BBQ sauce, and return to the air fryer for another 2–3 minutes.
Toss the carrots with oil and honey, and roast at 190°C for 12–15 minutes.
Toast the bread for the eyebrows at 180°C for 2–3 minutes.
Boil the potatoes and peas, blend the peas until smooth, and mash them together with the potatoes, butter, and cream.
For the gravy, make a smooth sauce using butter, flour, and broth.
Assemble Shrek by filling the Yorkshire pudding with the green mash, adding the wings, carrots, and facial features made from olives, mayonnaise, and bread.
