Method

Wash the sea buckthorn and run it through a juicer, pressing the pomace a second time if necessary.

Pour the extracted juice into a saucepan, add the sugar, and heat while stirring until completely dissolved.

While the juice is warming up, sterilize the jars and lids.

Ladle the hot juice into the jars, topping off with a little boiling water if you are short on volume.

Seal with the lids, flip upside down, and let cool completely.

Store in a cool place.
