Method

Dissolve the yeast, salt, and sugar in warm milk

Add the oil and egg, then mix well

Add all the flour and knead the dough; it will be sticky and you might feel tempted to add more flour — DO NOT DO IT

Lightly oil both your hands and the bowl, shape the dough into a ball and place it in the bowl, then let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour
