Cut the lavash into rectangles

Beat the egg

Grate the cheese on a box grater

Sear the sausages in a dry pan on all sides

Sprinkle each rectangle of lavash with cheese, leaving space from the edges. Place a sausage on top and roll it up tightly into a log

Dip in the beaten egg and place seam-side down on a baking sheet

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 200°C
