Method

In a bowl, combine the dry yeast, sugar, and warm water. Stir and let sit for 5-7 minutes.

Next, add the salt, sifted flour, and olive oil, then knead into a dough. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm spot for 30 minutes.

Slice the hot dogs into rounds and the olives into rings.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a thin sheet. Spread the tomato sauce over it and sprinkle with half of the grated cheese. Distribute the sausages and olives evenly on top, then finish with the remaining grated cheese.

Roll the dough up tightly and cut into thick rounds. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 °C.
