Method

Cut the roll in half.

Remove the casing from the sausage, spread the meat along the inside of the roll, and press gently.

Place the roll meat-side down on a hot skillet and cook until golden brown.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and let it melt.

Add sliced pickle and cover with the other half of the roll.
