Method

Grate the sausage and cheese using a fine grater. Add a little mayonnaise and mix well.

Lightly roll out the puff dough and spread the filling over it. Distribute evenly across the surface, roll up carefully, cut into equal pieces, place on a baking sheet, and press down gently with your hand.

Brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
