Method

In a large bowl, sift the flour and make a well in the center.

Add the yeast, warm water, oil, and salt. Knead into a soft dough.

Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 10 equal portions, shape into balls, and cover with a clean towel for 10 minutes.

For the filling, finely chop the peppers and onions, then thoroughly squeeze out any excess liquid.

Mix the vegetables with the minced meat, salt, and spices, then add the oil and combine well.

Roll each dough ball into a thin round.

Place the filling in the center and pinch the edges to shape the flatbread with an open center (or as shown in the video).

Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown.
