Method

Rub the meat with salt and pepper, then place it in the roasting bag.

Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients together, and pour it over the turkey.

Tightly secure both ends of the bag so no air can get in.

Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Bake in the oven for 2 hours at 320 °F (160 °C). I place the baking sheet just below the middle rack.
