Method

Finely dice the cucumbers and onion. Blend the pepper until smooth.

Combine all the vegetables, add all ingredients except the cornstarch and water. Let it sit for a few hours to release the juices.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Dissolve the cornstarch in water, pour it into the sauce while stirring, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Pour into sterilized jars, seal, invert them, and wrap in towels until completely cooled.
