Method

Soak the gelatin in water.

Thaw the raspberries and blend them, then pass through a fine sieve.

Add sugar to the raspberries and simmer briefly.

Stir in the bloomed gelatin, heat it in the microwave for about 20 seconds, then pour into the raspberry mixture and mix well.

Pour the raspberry mixture into molds and refrigerate until set, about an hour.

Remove the raspberry jellies from the molds and enjoy.
