Method

Pack everything into the jar as shown in the video.

Pour boiling water over the contents in all jars and let stand for 15 minutes. Drain the first batch of water down the sink—we won't need it.

Boil fresh water a second time and pour it over the cucumbers again for another 15-20 minutes. This time, drain the water into a pot, bring it to a boil, and use it for the final third pour.

Distribute the salt and sugar directly into the jars, pour in the boiling water, and only then add the vinegar essence to the water.

Seal tightly (I pour boiling water over the lids right before sealing) and turn the jars upside down on their lids, cover with a warm blanket, and leave for two days.
