A simple and speedy grated pie with shortbread dough and sweet jam, made in a multicooker. A great homemade treat to serve with tea.

Method

Cream together the egg and sugar, add softened butter, and mix well.

Stir in the flour, add a pinch of salt, and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into two unequal portions (2:1 ratio).

Roll out the larger piece, place it on the bottom of the multicooker, and form a slight rim around the edges.

Spread a thick layer of jam on this base and top with the smaller portion of dough—either crumble it over the surface or grate it coarsely on top.

Bake using the Baking program for 25–30 minutes.

Let the pie cool with the lid open, then turn it out onto a large plate and serve.
