Brew coffee and let it cool.

Add sugar to the sour cream. Stir until the sugar dissolves. The frosting is ready.

Cut the gingerbread cookies into pieces about 1 cm thick.

Peel the bananas and slice them diagonally.

Assemble the dessert in a glass. Place gingerbread pieces soaked in coffee at the bottom. Top with cream. Arrange banana slices horizontally and vertically, pressing them against the sides of the glass. Next, add gingerbread, cream, bananas, and repeat all the layers. Finish with a layer of cream.

You can garnish the top of the dessert with chocolate.
