Method

Place the finely shredded cabbage into a skillet or a oven-safe baking dish.

Melt half a pack of margarine or butter and drizzle it over the cabbage.

For the batter, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth.

Pour the batter evenly over the cabbage.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
