Method

Add a pinch of salt to the flour and cut in the cold, cubed butter. Rub the butter into the flour with your hands until crumbly, pour in the ice-cold water, and knead the dough.

Press the dough evenly into a springform pan, prick lightly with a fork, and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.

Marinate the chicken breast ahead of time with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Let it marinate for at least 3 hours, then roast until done and dice it.

Whisk the egg together with the heavy cream and cream cheese, then stir in the grated cheese and salt.

Arrange the filling over the pre-baked crust, pour the egg mixture over top, and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes.
