Pour half a cup of boiling water over half of the oats (115 g).

Grind the remaining oats (115 g) in a blender or coffee grinder and mix with the kefir.

Combine both portions of oats, add the eggs, baking powder, and stevioside, and mix well.

Fold in the prunes and dried apricots, stirring gently.
