Method

Peel and chop the potatoes, cover with water, add salt, and bring to a boil.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add to a hot pan, and sauté until the meat releases its juices and changes color.

Add olive oil, finely chopped onion, garlic, and peppers, and cook until the vegetables soften.

Stir in the spices and tomato-pepper paste, mix well, and remove from heat.

Drain the cooked potatoes, add butter and grated cheese, and mash until smooth.

Form the mash into individual balls, place on a baking sheet, and create a cup shape by making a small indent in the center of each.

Fill each potato cup with the chicken sauté, top with grated cheese, and bake at 400°F until golden brown.
