Method
Combine the mashed potatoes with the crumbled bryndza and chopped herbs.
Divide the mixture into portions and roll them into balls (the optimal count is 20-24).
Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
Dredge each potato ball in flour, dip it in the egg, and roll it in the breadcrumbs.
Submerge the breaded balls in hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until deeply golden. As an alternative to frying, bake them for 7-10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
These potato balls make the ultimate beer snack, so it's best to serve them with your favorite dipping sauce.
