Method
Gather all your ingredients for the roast. You'll also need aluminum foil.
Rinse the pork under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
Pierce the meat all over with a sharp knife.
Peel the garlic and cut each clove into 2-3 pieces. Tuck the garlic pieces into the slits in the meat.
Mix salt and spices in a bowl. Rub the mixture all over the pork, drizzle with olive oil, and massage it in thoroughly.
Wrap the pork in foil.
Wrap it tightly in several layers and place it in the multicooker pot.
Select the Baking program for 1 hour. Cook until the signal sounds.
Leave the finished roast in the pot after the signal sounds, then transfer it to a serving dish and unwrap the foil.
